(Formerly the ZiBo Patent
Office) |
| According to the stipulations in the
relevant documents issued by the State Council, ZiBo Patent
Office formally transformed its structure in 2001 and took a
new name – ZBKerSinPA. Established in 1985, the company is
a patent service organization under the approval of the
State Intellectual Property Bureau (the former Chinese
Patent Office). There is a patent agent team working for the
company, they are all college graduates and have a solid
ground in patent, law and foreign languages as well as the
necessary academic credentials, intermediate and high
technical titles, their speciality covers the technological
fields such as electronics, machinery, chemicals, silicate,
computer and building materials. |

| The company is
well equipped with good working conditions, such as
computers, laser printers, copiers, scanners, Fax-machines
and so on; to guarantee the quality of the patent filing
process, open the inventive thoughts of patentees,
especially to raise the success rate of patent invalidity
and patent actions, the company has equipped a complete set
of Patent Database of China, and linked it to that of the
State Intellectual Property Bureau of the People's Republic
of China to proceed to international patent retrieval.

| To provide better services to customers and
accelerate office automation process, the company developed
a patent processing database software of computer-aided
management in house; each application can be files
electronically in parallel with paper files as well. We are
in a position to manage all patent related matters up to the
final grant of the patent right with computers, meanwhile,
this software has also been adopted by many patent offices
in different cities, such as YANTAI, JIANNAN, WEIFANG, etc. |
| The company has searched and represented for
customers patents over 4000 pieces since its establishment
to the end of 2000 with an year average of 400 pieces,
customers mainly include state-run large and medium-sized
enterprises, universities and colleges, R&D institutes
in the city. The company takes on patent consultancy, acts
for the patent action for above-mentioned units, strongly
protects the client's lawful rights and interests,
establishes good prestige. There are also clients coming
from other provinces and cities, and Taiwan. The company is
committed to "full scale, high quality and high
efficiency” services to each applicants and inventors. The
company as the predecessor of ZiBo patent office, was
awarded the advanced group of patent work for several years
by the Provincial Scientific and Technological commission,
the Patent Administration Bureau of the Province, the
Scientific and Technological Commission of the city, and
maintained so far to be a national patent system advanced
group since it was awarded such a credit in its first
session by the Patent Office of the People's Republic Of
China in 1992. The company will stick to our service

of every transaction information; consultation and patent
agency services prior to patent application; patent
re-examination, invalidity, consultation and agency of
patent infringement litigation; management of the patent
processing; acting as patent advisor; patent license
trading; and other affairs involved in patent and the
service of intellectual property right, etc. |
